DOCK EDGING

Dock Edging, a rubber bumper extrusion which covers the top lip of the mainframe to cushion your boat, and vertical bumpers are standard on all Wahoo Docks™.

FLOAT

Our engineers use the latest design technology combined with our in-house floatation software to calculate the precise location and quantity of floatation necessary to deliver a dock that floats completely flat, maintains positive buoyancy, and is suited for its exclusive marine environment.

MAINFRAME BUMPER

Wahoo™ Dock’s proprietary Mainframe Bumper provides unparalleled protection for watercraft mooring. When placed around the perimeter of a dock, it allows boats to moor any place on the dock in a safe, protected manner.

 - Durable HDPE molded plastic that ideally fits the Wahoo Docks™ mainframe and structure. The Bumper Wrap is made from the same time tested material used on our vertical bumper poles.
 - Secure our Bumper Wrap is fastened to the dock structure using stainless steel fasteners along the top and sides, ensuring that they will stay in place under the strongest of stresses that may be placed on them

VERTICAL BUMPER

Vertical Bumpers, specially designed plastic bumpers that cover all vertical poles on the interior of a slip, and dock edging are standard on all Wahoo Docks™.

DOCK BOX

Dock Boxes are a necessity for most boat owners since they offer convenient storage for a wide variety of needed water toys. Our Dock Boxes are extremely durable, include only stainless steel hardware and are Gel coat finished both inside and outside, ensuring fibers do not contaminate the contents.

Ironwood (IPE) wrap is available for the roof poles and outside perimeter of your roof banding for a natural-looking enhancement to your dock's overall design and appearance.

 - Rich Color Ironwood (IPE) is a natural, untreated board that is imported from Brazil and very similar in appearance to Teak wood
 - Maintenance Free Ironwood is naturally resistant to insect damage, rot, and other types of decay. It requires no routine maintenance and is physically very stable over long periods

JUMP GATE

Jump gates offers access to the water through railing.

LADDER: 5 STEP

Our heavy duty swim ladders have five oversized rungs with deep treads for sturdy footing to provide a safe, secure, and easy access point for exiting or entering the water.

LADDER: DOG

Our Dog Ladders were developed for pet owners looking for easy ingress to a dock from the water for their K-9 friends. The platforms are positioned so that large dogs maintain their natural stride when entering or exiting the water. Two sizes are available to accommodate either large or small dogs.

PUMP PLATFORM

A pump platform is an ideal way to secure an irrigation or wash-down pump without utilizing dock real estate.

 - Space Saver our Pump Platforms are cantilevered off the dock so they utilize no recreation real estate
 - Subtle Design Pump Platforms appear as a dock extension because they are constructed with the same mainframe used on our docks and are topped with the decking of your choice

SLIP ANGLES

Slip Angles are angled inserts located in the corners of a slip that provide several benefits. Slip Angles are suitable for most boats that have a ‘V’ shaped bow and are not suitable for pontoon boats or deck boats. Slip Angle sizing is typically dependent on the boat and lip dimensions but are typically 24”, 36” or 48” along their equilateral sides.

 - Added Reach Slip Angles physically wrap around the bow of most watercrafts, providing easy access for entering or exiting, cleaning, loading/offloading and handling boat covers
 - Added Strength Slip Angles provide an extra measure of support and stiffness to a finger
 - Added Space Slip Angles can provide convenient access throughout a dock by creating walking paths that may otherwise be inaccessible
 - Aesthetically Appealing Slip Angles provide a custom fit for a watercraft and highlight its features when moored

SLIP PLUGS

Slip Plugs are a useful way to create additional usable space when a multi-slip dock houses different sized boats. Slip Plugs can be placed at the head of a slip (opposite the slip opening) which act to reduce the length of the boat slip but increase the available floor space on the dock.

 - Flexible Design Wahoo Docks™ typically manufactures Slip Plugs so they can be added to or subtracted in increments of 24 inches. This is a useful feature and ensures that your dock sizing will always match your watercraft’s dimensions, even as your water interests evolve and boating tastes change
 - Seamless Design The decking and trim finish around the Slip Plug creates a solid, uniform appearance

Railing can be installed around the perimeter of the deck structure to create a barrier for wheelchair wheels.

 - Safety the Wheelchair Rail does not provide ADA approved security, but it does provide a practical measure for dock owners seeking to provide a level of safety that an unprotected deck would not

OUR DOCKS: ENHANCEMENTS - IDEAS

CEILING FAN

 - Utility - provides cooling comfort for covered sitting areas and makes the region uninviting to flying insects
 - Requirements - requires 120 volt electrical connection requires a bracket to connect fan to dock (provided by Wahoo)

DRIVE THROUGH SLIP

A Drive Through slip is one that has no header section, enabling a boat to utilize the protection of the entire length of roof. This is commonly used for mooring large boats in docks that have size limitations but requires the addition of underbracing to strengthen the structure.

 - Extending Slips The lack of a header section effectively makes the slip longer by the width of the header, typically 4’
 - Secure Boat Mooring A Drive Through Slip allows the mooring of a boat on opposing sides and facilitates access to the boat when compared to mooring a boat on the outside of a dock

FLOOD LIGHT
